Typical products saying ‘Concentrated’, ‘Highly Concentrated’ or even some ‘Super Concentrated’ can still contain vast amounts of water.

At Concentrates Direct, when we say ‘Super Concentrate’ we mean raw ingredient strength, there are none more concentrated, ensuring you get the most value for money as our products are designed to last longer. Even our other concentrates are at the higher end of available product strengths. As well as being cost effective, our high strength products are environmentally friendly due to the reduced packaging and transport costs.

Concentrates Direct customers are getting better value for money by choosing our top-quality, no-compromise products because they are the most concentrated you can buy. We design the best products possible and leave out all the water we can, meaning you are getting far more in a smaller container.
Why avoid water? Because water makes up so much room and weight in average products, costing more in packaging and storage, as well as the shipping and handling costs of all that unnecessary weight and bulk. These savings are a win-win situation for our customers and the environment!

The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you commit to buy. This cost will vary depending on the amount of goods you order and if any of the items require ‘Hazardous Goods Transport’.

We aim to have stock items delivered within 2-3 working days.

Orders received before 15:00 Monday-Friday will be processed the same day and orders received after 15:00 Monday-Friday will be processed the following working day.

If the goods have not yet been dispatched, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund.

If the goods are with our carrier, a Goods Return Number must be obtained. We will then request their return (if possible) but carriage charges will still apply and the carrier may be unable to comply. A refund of the amount paid minus the full carriage charge will be paid once we have received the items.

Once goods have been delivered, unwanted items are accepted where a Goods Return Number has been obtained within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) and provided they reach us in original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us in original condition. A refund of the amount paid minus the full carriage charge will be paid once we have confirmed receipt of the items in a satisfactory condition.
