EPP Regulation Data Submission Page
To sell certain products in the UK we are now required by law to request and check the below information. These products are identified in our shop as ‘EPP Regulated’. This law applies to all sellers of products containing certain ingredients and strengths. If the product you wish to buy is not EPP regulated then it will not appear in the ‘Requested products’ field below.
Each form field with a * MUST contain the required information before the form is submitted. Please ensure the two documents are loaded by using the ‘select file’ button for each one.
