Directions for Use
Before cleaning
Park the vehicle in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight. Make sure the bodywork, windows and wheels are cool before you begin. Do not apply the product to hot surfaces, as this may cause the foam to dry too quickly.
Remove any loose dirt with clean water before applying the foam. This can help reduce the risk of grit being moved across the paintwork during washing.
Mixing the Snow Foam
Makes It Shine Snow Foam is highly concentrated, so only a small amount is needed. Dilute the product with water at a rate of between 0.2% and 2%.
Start with a weaker mix for light dirt and regular cleaning. You can then increase the strength if the vehicle has heavier grime, road film or stubborn marks. The right mix may vary based on your pressure washer, foam lance and water pressure.
Add the diluted product to your foam lance or cleaning equipment. Adjust the lance settings until you achieve a thick and even layer of foam.
Applying the Foam
Apply the foam from the bottom of the vehicle and work upwards. Cover the paintwork, windows, wheels and other washable outer surfaces.
Leave the foam to work for up to 10 minutes. Do not allow it to dry on the vehicle. The foam will help loosen dirt and lift grime away from the surface.
Rinse the vehicle well with clean water. Start at the top and work down until all foam and dirt have been removed.
After cleaning
Rinse your foam lance and other equipment with clean water after use. This helps prevent product build-up and keeps your tools ready for the next wash.
