Directions:
For optimal results, follow these recommended dilution guidelines based on your chosen method of application:
- Spray Cleaning Machines: Dilute at a ratio of 1:100 to 1:20 (1-5%) at a temperature of 80-95ºC.
- Dip Tanks: Use a mild steel tank and dilute at a ratio of 1:50 to 1:12 (2-8%) at a temperature of 85-95ºC.
- Pressure Washing: Apply at a ratio of 1:100 to 1:20 (1-5%) while taking care to avoid spray drift.
- C.I.P. Cleaning: For Clean-in-Place systems, use at a ratio of 1:100 to 1:50 (1-2%) at a temperature of 60-80ºC.
- Difficult Jobs: For particularly challenging tasks such as paint stripping, dilute at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:1 (20-50%).
Regardless of the method chosen, always ensure a thorough rinse to complete the cleaning process.
